Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy

The occupational health and safety policy we have adopted as Kuzey Makine is based on respect for people and the environment they live in. Kuzey Makine sees occupational health and safety (OHS) as its first priority in the energy sector, where it has been operating since 2013, and expresses this understanding with the slogan "health first". Everyone is obliged to do what is necessary within their own authority to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

We adopt as our basic philosophy to comply with national and international standards, legislation and occupational health and safety regulations appropriate to the sector, to understand and meet customer needs and expectations in the best way, to be open to innovations without compromising on quality, to constantly improve at every point and to produce perfection.

In our company, we undertake to ensure the occupational health and safety of customers, visitors and employees, to control OHS risk assessments and minimize risks, to continue our activities with minimum accidents, to take the necessary measures to protect the health of employees and to carry out the necessary activities to prevent injuries and health deteriorations, to organize trainings to support the development of employees and to periodically review our targets by carrying out the necessary activities to achieve OHS targets.
